We are open to receiving applications from people who may not think this is ‘for them’, or who currently hold a different kind of role, but with a transferable set of skills. You may work in administration, communications, producing or participation (or something else entirely!). You may be early on in your arts career, or considering a change from a different sector. You may be building a freelance portfolio and looking for a stable part-time role to complement your existing practice. You may have access needs or caring responsibilities that require part-time or flexible working. You might be working freelance or PAYE, for a venue or an independent organisation - if you’re looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

This role will allow for training and mentoring for the right candidate. If you have less experience, skills or knowledge in one of the essential areas of the job but you have an appetite for the role and are ready to take the next step - don’t let it stop you from applying.

This page will tell you the key information about the role and how to apply. Please read the full job description and additional information in the downloadable recruitment pack before applying.

We actively encourage people whose backgrounds, lived experience and skills are underrepresented in the sector to join us and positively impact our working practice. Any candidate who self-identifies as Deaf, deaf, hard-of-hearing, Disabled, neurodiverse, and/or from the Global Majority and meets the essential criteria is guaranteed an interview as these identities are underrepresented in our sector and current staff team, whilst directly representative of the majority of artists and communities we champion. If this applies to you, please briefly indicate this in your application or in your accompanying email.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions about the role or working at Ad Infinitum. We’d be happy to have an informal chat with you before you apply. Please email Ad Infinitum’s Senior Producer, Mia Lake at mia@ad-infinitum.org
