Emily Williams

Emily Williams is an independent producer (ebwproducing.com) based in Bristol who is driven by a desire to support a more ambitious, collaborative and exciting cultural ecology for professionals and audiences living and working in the South West.

Emily has built a reputation over the last 10 years around strategic and organisational development, fundraising, artist support, producer development and the producing of internationally renowned work often in non-traditional theatre spaces.

Emily is the former Executive Director of Situations where she led the business operations of the organisation. From 2011 – 2015 Emily was a founding member and Executive Producer at Kaleider. Emily also co-founded and co-directed Wide Awake Devon (2010-2013), a development organisation that focused on creating networks, access points and resources such as producing capacity for the performance sector in Devon.

Emily also worked as Creative Producer for the Barbican Theatre in Plymouth.

In 2014 Emily was selected for the Clore Emerging Leaders Course.

Emily was Senior Producer for Ad Infinitum from 2017 - 2020.
