Izzy Knight

Company Producer

Izzy Knight is a Bristol-based producer, facilitator and theatre-maker. They are a graduate of Bristol Old Vic’s Made in Bristol programme, where they developed their practice as a maker and collaborator.

Their work spans producing and performance across Bristol and the Southwest, with a focus on grassroots and community-rooted practice. Their work has explored history, comedy and mythic storytelling, including the show, ‘Bristory’, which was shortlisted for the AHI Lockdown Response Award.

Alongside their freelance practice, Izzy is Co-Director of Owl on the Roof Theatre, where they produce and co-create original devised work alongside community-led projects. This includes developing new performance work and delivering participatory projects and events that support emerging artists and local communities in South Bristol.
