Peter trained at RADA.

His lighting designs with Theatre Ad Infinitum have included Bucket List, The Ballad of the Burning Star, Translunar Paradise and The Big Smoke.

His recent lighting design credits have included One Hand Tied Behind Us (Old Vic, London), Rasheeda Speaking (Trafalgar Studios), Pink Mist (Bristol Old Vic, Bush Theatre), Wilde Creatures and Alfie White: Space Explorer (Tall Stories), Romeo and Juliet and Julius Caesar (Guildford Shakespeare Company), Dear Brutus and The Cardinal (Southwark Playhouse), Child of the Divide (Polka Theatre, London, Harbourfront Centre Toronto), The Paper Cinema’s Macbeth (BAC), and Britten in Brooklyn (Wiltons Music Hall).

His work has also included lighting Much do About Nothing (Ludlow Festival), Jerry's Girls (St. James Theatre), Orestes (Shared Experience), The Doubtful Guest and My Uncle Arly (Hoipolloi), Wuthering Heights (Tamasha Theatre Company), Once We Were Mothers (Orange Tree, Richmond), and numerous pantomimes.

His Opera credits include Paul Bunyan (Welsh National Youth Opera), Opera Works (ENO Baylis), Orpheus in the Underworld (Royal College of Music), and Carmen (Hampstead Garden Opera). His lighting designs for Dance include In Nocentes and Home Turf (Sadlers Wells), Jean and Antonin (Gartnerplatz Theatre, Munich) and productions for Intoto Dance, Ballet Central, Michael Popper and The Urdang Academy.

Other work as an Associate Lighting Designer includes Collaborators and As You Like It (National Theatre), Made in Dagenham (Adelphi Theatre, London), I Can't Sing (London Palladium), and The Commitments (Palace Theatre, London).
